一：绗缝机介绍绗缝机是一种用于床垫、床罩、棉被等表面缝制线形图案的纺织机械。用于被子缝制成型的绗缝机按照针数和缝制图形的多好可分为直绗机和电脑绗缝机两类。直绗机通常是7针、9针、11针三种，这种缝被机只能缝制直线；电脑绗缝机为单针设计，采用电脑可视化界面控制机器移动实现花型的缝制。我们主要介绍电脑绗缝机。二：绗缝机原理绗缝机是以XY—Z型运动的系统。XY轴控制机头的运动，Z轴控制机头的绗缝。（1）Z轴方向运动——绗缝针上下的运动。（两个伺服）（2）X轴方向运动——绗缝机的机头左右运动。（一个伺服）（3）Y轴方向运动——绗缝机的机头前后运动。（一个伺服）其中Z轴是要两个伺服来配合完成，伺服Z1：控制绗缝针上下运动。伺服Z2：控制梭，实时跟随针。此伺服完全自动跟随不用电脑系统控制。所以电脑是三轴系统，但却控制着4个伺服。Z轴主要工艺是：在500-2800针/分的速度下，保证针始终能插入梭孔里三：Z轴的工艺介绍我们主要提供伺服系统，Z1和Z2轴的工艺过程如下1：上电：先“针”Z1自动回原点，停在高位。2：收到针回原点完成后，Z2“梭”自动回原点,运动到跟随起始位置。3：开始跟随。我们伺服Z1和Z2具备的功能和性能优势1：Z1和Z2具有自动回原点功能2：Z1“针”可以通过计算角度范围输出高位信号3：Z2有跟随功能4：性能要求：跟随不能有累计误差，实时的跟随性能好，能保证2800针/min。内不撞针。四：电气配置序号说明数量单位1绗缝机电脑控制系统（客户自备）1套21500W伺服系统（X,Y轴）2套3400W伺服系统（Z2梭子）1套4750W伺服系统（Z1针）1套
